Datamatics proprietary
software “One Stop System”
is a Lego* like system that can
assemble a custom-built specific
solution based on proprietary objects/modules
and third party tools/software linked
by APIs and DLLs. This solution
can be engineered and applied rapidly
in a few hours to a week, yielding
an optimal solution, of over a million
lines of code, specific to the document.
The “One Stop System”
enables a tightly coupled man and
PC to interactively process any
document. The power and speed of
the micro-processor and the pattern
recognition ability of the operator
used in tandem provide a highly
cost effective and quality solution.
Our unique document processing
system and our software team (over
1,000 professionals), ensures the
highest level of service to a client.
With the objective of security and
productivity, our system can disassemble
a form into components, e.g. Social
Security #, Credit Card #, etc.,
process each component separately,
and re-assemble it ! We encrypt
both images and ASCII files to ensure
the confidentiality of a client’s
data.
Our technology ensures the highest
quality and accuracy achievable.
Accuracy rate of data capture ranges
from 99.5% to 99.997% based on a
clients specific requirements. Double
data capture followed by a separate
compare work-station ensures accuracy,
since it is very unlikely that 3
operators make the same mistake.
This is more accurate than double
key verify. The workflow is specifically
engineered to ensure that the accuracy
rate stipulated in the SLA is consistently
exceeded.
Information in a document can be
captured in alternative ways. For
example, keyboarding, OCR, ICR,
Bar Code reading and OMR can be
deployed. Datamatics can zone any
form into the above data types and
use appropriate technology to capture
the data. What is more, this can
be done on the fly, i.e. while processing
the document by the operator himself.
Since many forms are mixed, i.e.
typed or hand-written, the operator
can take recourse to keyboarding
or OCR based on each individual
form’s contents.
