Defined and
formal Methodologies
Our standard set of Software Methodologies embodies
several lifecycles fully equipped to deliver.
These lifecycles include development, migrations,
conversion, maintenance, porting, right sizing,
re-engineering, etc. They are made up of a set
of defined processes with appropriate tools and
techniques like standards, guidelines, templates,
forms, checklists, etc. Each methodology derives
great mileage from quality-oriented activities
at various stages and checkpoints throughout the
lifecycle. These include planning, verifications
and validations, testing, auditing and status
reviews.
Our Quality System
The pyramid diagram below illustrates our typical
Quality System Documentation. Our Quality System
has a hierarchical structure.
Each level of documentation serves a different
purpose and answers different questions concerning
the quality system. The information content
increases (i.e. procedural details) as one moves
down the levels of the pyramid. Each level also
typically cross-references documents in levels
below. As a system it consists of Quality manuals,
procedures manual, standards, checklists, guidelines,
templates, forms, etc.
