Quality Management System – Highlights

 

Winning the Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award in the service sector for 2006 was the result of our journey on the path to excellence.

The journey began in 1995 when ISO 9001 was considered the norm for determining good business practices and procedures and all companies were in the race for certification. Year 1997 was a landmark, as we were ISO 9001-certified a year-and-a-half after defining and documenting business procedures, implementing them and training all personnel.

Since then the journey has been one of continuous improvement. Each year, we have taken a step towards increasing our competencies and towards professional excellence.

Delivering value to customers continuously and improving the organization’s performance are our two business drivers. To meet these goals, tools such as Six Sigma, and standards such ISO, ISMS, SEI-CMM, and now RBNQA, are implemented.

Our corporate philosophy is: “Quality is a journey of continuous improvement and not a destination. Quality is therefore everyone's responsibility; everyone performs appropriately, on time, first time, each time.”
