Candidates with around eight to ten years experience in Quality. Candidates should have implemented Six Sigma. Ideal candidates should be a Black Belt certified.

Incumbent will be responsible for day to day monitoring of the SSG activities, ISO related activities, working towards SEI CMM certification of SSG. Candidates should have eight to ten years experience in a good s/w consulting environment. Should have atleast three to four years project management skills and good commercial skills.

Incumbent will be responsible for systems administration of our proprietary software that enables our BPO applications, performance monitoring of data transfer through Modem/FTP, MIS of our BPO production activities and quality management. Candidates should four to five years experience, of which two to three years should have worked on SQL Server Administration and rest could be in S/W Development, typically VB/SQL. Should also have experience/exposure to performance Monitoring/Testing.

Incumbents will be working on s/w development and maintenance projects using VB/SQL. Candidates should have one to two years programming experience on VB/SQL.
