Datamatics’ training history dates back to 1978, when certificate courses for Mainframe programming were conducted for in-house as well as external employees. Our modern training follows the classic Kirkpatrick Framework, with the objective being to orient employees to their role within the organization, the technical aspects of their job, the soft skills required to excel, and the Datamatics culture. All of Datamatics’ facilities have state-of–the-art training areas. Our main processing facility’s extensive infrastructure spans over 10,000 sq. ft. and includes nine classrooms, three conference rooms, and an auditorium that can simultaneously train over 290 people. We have best-in-the-business hardware and software facilities, the latest audio-visual training aids and desktop PCs, and a well-stocked in-house library. Our staff includes dedicated on-site trainers, as well as external training experts who are available to support our rigorous training requirements.

The Intermediate Training offerings are designed to further develop individual proficiency levels. Relevant inputs are obtained from customers to prepare the curriculum for each class and, when appropriate, role-playing techniques are used.
