The Datamatics Philosophy

Datamatics’ training history dates back to 1978, when certificate courses for Mainframe programming were conducted for in-house as well as external employees. Our modern training follows the classic Kirkpatrick Framework, with the objective being to orient employees to their role within the organization, the technical aspects of their job, the soft skills required to excel, and the Datamatics culture. Offering advanced training, Datamatics guarantees that our employees are the best and brightest in the technical world of Business Process and Knowledge Outsourcing.

Cross Functional Training

We believe in fostering and harnessing intellectual capital by imparting cross-functional training to make our professionals multi-skilled and multi-talented. The training covers either sequential or simultaneous processes on multiple technologies, and renders professionals who are eligible for career progression within the company. Through cross-functional training we are able to achieve the twin objectives of creating a challenging work environment while fulfilling the career aspirations of our dedicated employees.
