| Rahul

After his graduation in Finance
and Accounts from Mumbai's H R College,
Rahul L Kanodia completed his second
degree from the Babson College USA,
with a specialisation in Management
Information Systems. Further, Rahul
is an MBA from Columbia University,
(an Ivy League University), New
York, USA, with a major in Business
Strategy & Marketing and a minor
in Mergers and Acquisitions and
Turnaround Management.
Rahul first worked with Datamatics
as a trainee systems programmer;
and later as a consultant at the
UN. At the age of twenty-five he
established Datamatics America in
1992, in New York and was appointed
Managing Director of Datamatics
Limited in 1996.
While conceptualising and implementing
growth strategies, and forging strategic
alliances with Fortune 500 companies,
Rahul initiated organisational restructuring
and financial re-engineering for
supporting rapid growth. These initiatives
provided the platform for Datamatics
to establish operations in USA and
Europe.

| Vidur
Bhogilal - Chief

Vidur
Bhogilal has been Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Director,
Datamatics Technologies, Inc. since
May 12, 2005, prior to which he
acted as CFO and Director from 2001-2005.
In this capacity, Vidur played a
key role in Datamatics’ US
acquisitions, including privatizing
a NASDAQ listed company and overseeing
the successful merger and integration
of Datamatics’ three U.S.
subsidiaries into one company.
From 1999-2001, Vidur worked as
Datamatics’ AGM, Business
Development, where he was actively
involved in setting up joint ventures
with U.S. multinationals and headed
the Mergers and Acquisitions division.
During this time, the Company executed
the first acquisition by an Indian
ITES company of a listed U.S. corporation
under Vidur's guidance.
Before joining Datamatics, Vidur
worked for international organizations
such as JM Morgan Stanley and Arthur
Anderson, amongst others.
Vidur received his B.Com. from
Sydenham College of Commerce &
Economics, Mumbai and an LL.B from
Government Law College, Mumbai.
He is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India
(ACA) and the Institute of Cost
& Works Accountants of India
(AICWA). He also holds a degree
of Certified Public Accountants
(CPA) from the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants,
Delaware.
A rank holder and a gold medallist
in his academic endeavors, Vidur
brings rich experience in the fields
of Accounts, Finance, Human Resources,
Administration, and Legal.

| Sameer
L. Kanodia - Executive

Sameer
received his Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration from
Bryant University, USA, with Marketing
as a major, graduating with honors.
Among the honors he earned during
his undergraduate years was being
featured in the Dean's List throughout
the program. Sameer subsequently
received his Masters in Business
Administration from Bryant University,
USA, with Finance as a major. He
is currently serving on the Board
of Trustees at Bryant University
since February 2008.
Sameer led the team that set up
and managed the first high-technology
scanning R&D centre at Datamatics
to test the feasibility of optical
character recognition. Adding to
his repertoire of project management
and project execution skills were
his assignments for the top 25 Fortune
500 companies. This was also interspersed
with frequent travels throughout
South East Asia, Europe, Canada,
Australia and the USA on marketing
assignments. Sameer was also involved
in the study and evaluation of projects,
analyzing workflows, methods to
improve processes, customer feedback,
and other analysis.
Apart from being actively involved
in the operations of the company,
Sameer drives various strategic
initiatives, expansion plans, and
go-to-market strategies.

| Rangesh

Rangesh
is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
He has attended a special course
at the Harvard Business School
and has also received formal training
in Oracle Financials and Data
warehousing.
He has rich experience in the
world of Finance and Technology
spanning more than 22 years. He
started his illustrious career
with Banque Nationale de Paris
(now BNP Paribas) as Chief Internal
Auditor. Among the other senior
management positions Rangesh has
held are Vice President at Times
Guarantee Financials, Vice President
at TCS, CEO at Shapoorji Pallonji
Finance and CEO at Sanchez Capital
Services. Since November 2002
he has been with IBM as Country
Manager.
His expertise spans the fields
of leasing, hire purchase, retail
assets and liabilities, corporate
finance, money markets, treasury
management, short-term and long-term
credit appraisal, infrastructure
finance, merchant banking, investment
banking and portfolio management.
He also has been involved in evaluating
construction projects and power
projects.
Other key areas where he has
contributed are solution architecture,
business process re-engineering,
defining MIS needs, and creating
business control and compliance
mechanisms.
